Yurdanur Ucar, DDS, MS, PhD

After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1999, same year Dr. Uçar started her PhD training at Çukurova University, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Prosthetic Dentistry. In 2003, she received a scholarship from the Turkish Higher Education Council and was accepted to the graduate program in The Ohio State University of the United States of America. She graduated in 2005 with a master's degree in Dental Materials and a PhD in Oral Biology in 2007. She successfully graduated from the PhD program in Prosthodontics earned from Cukurova University in 2007. Dr. Uçar was appointed to the Assistant Professor position in 2008 in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry of Çukurova University. She earned her Associate Professor position in the same department in 2012, and received a Full Professor position in 2019.
Dr. Uçar served as the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs in Dental College and Department Head of Prosthodontics. She was an adjunct professor in the Department of Biotechnology and Department Head of the Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology Department. She served as a board member and president of national and international associations related to prosthodontics, implantology, and dental materials. Dr. Uçar, whose national and international publications are highly cited, has participated in clinical studies in the field of dental implantology. She has completed projects supported by TUBITAK, Çukurova University BAP Unit, ITI, DENTSPLY and TFI. Her research interests include additive manufacturing methods, dental implantology, color and mechanical properties of ceramic materials and hard tissue engineering.
She is the owner of a start-up company named BioFuture. Dr. Uçar has been practicing as a prosthodontist in Antalya since September 2021 and has been giving national and international trainings on digital dentistry and implantology. She is also ITI Fellow and opinion leader of Dentsply Sirona, GC and Formlabs.

Digital Workflow in Implant-Supported Restorations
During the conference, how implant-supported cases are solved with digital workflow will be explained, from planning to implant surgery, from design to production. For this purpose, dental treatment processes applied to patients with single-partial and total edentulism will be presented. How digital workflow is applied in immediate implantation and immediate loading cases will be covered as well.
